Interesting place, as it seems part motel/part condo since many rooms are actually owned by others. My mom has been coming here for years, and this was my first time to join her and I'm glad I did.
Room pretty basic, but clean and comfortable. Comes with a little kitchen and a nice sized deck. Hit Trader Joes for cheese and vino, and your Happy Hour is set. Coin operated washer and dryers available on first floor. NO ELEVATOR, so that is a bit of a challenge with luggage. Dog friendly and has it's own private entrance to the beach. Easy to walk downtown.
First night we were there, we were forced inside by the SMOKING the folks next door were doing on the common deck of our NO SMOKING rooms. The fun continued with a very raucous party, punctuated by the braying hyena laugh of the blonde and their buddy, 'Tommy' pounding on the door at o-god thirty. But hey, they were having fun!
Thankfully, management got an earful from all the other uninvited who got to 'enjoy' the same and the blonde heifer and her brood were quiet for the rest of their stay. And in this day of smartphones, there's no point in lying about your smoking because pictures of your butt-filled Dos Equis bottle on your deck are easy enough to pull up.
Definitely worth a stay.More
