This little hidden gem is located in the Placentia Town Center off the corner of Yorba Linda Blvd. & Kraemer Ave. It reminds me of the old time Pizza Parlors with the open kitchen where they pound out the dough by hand. They serve some of the best local beers on tap & an even wider selection bottled. The Pizza was awesome.. best I've had in a while. You can choose your own toppings or one of their unique combinations of toppings "Grilled Steak & Potato" ," Sweet & Spicy", "Bacon & Brussel Sprout" and several others. The also have a nice selection of starters.. We tried the Sausage & Brat sampler served over grilled peppers & onions.. Yum..! They also have an array of salads & sandwiches.. Next time here I'm going to have to try the Swordfish Club (swordfish, applewood bacon, lettuce, tomato & avocado on fresh toasted sourdough).
This not your average Pizza place, Craftsman is a little more up-scale, no paper plates & plastic-ware here. Service was great & the place was very clean (a big thing for me). There are plenty of flat screens to enjoy all your favorite sports events. Beers, pizzas & such are average priced but they have a great happy hour from 2-6pm M-F where you can save $2 on a beer, appetizer & pizza. If your still hungry after all the great food, they have some good deserts as well. Looking forward to out next visit & would highly recommend trying them out.
