Just what Pleasanton needed, a quality vegetarian restaurant. Try their Quinoa Salad featuring carrots, corn, kale, sunflower seeds and avocado. Fresh, crispy and light, almost a meal for two. Spring Rolls are a nice appetizer addition to a meal. Their lunch menu's Potato Curry was savory with just the right bit of spiciness. Parking lot can be crowded, try to park on the street to avoid the issue.
