The Pub downstairs has it all - great beers on tap, a pool table, and music. Come before 10 p.m. because after that you may be standing in line to get in because of occupancy limits. The restaurant upstairs has excellent salads and numerous other entrees that are great. We had a family dinner there, and we heard that right now lunch is the slowest time of the day. So come in at lunch and then bring the family back for dinner. Or hang with friends at the pub.

I love O'donovan's! This place has really good food, friendly staff and a great environment. The restaurant upstairs is more for business and family but the pub downstairs is definitely more fun! Pool table, beer pong (I'm a 3-time champion thank you very much), dart board, dj's (on certain nights), karaoke (Wednesday nights), drink specials, etc. What more could you ask for?! The service isn't always great but the food is and the atmosphere is better. A few minor customer service issues that need to be addressed but there's no reason why O'donovan's Pub couldn't be the crown jewel of Pomona.

O'Donovans has only been open a little more than a week & we've been there twice already! We have eaten in the downstairs pub (cool vibe) because we like to meet people & interact with the staff (all very friendly). Same food upstairs & downstairs, only difference might be the noise level if there's a sporting event on the many TV's situated throughout the pub. Food is tasty, very creative & fresh....we have tried the pub burger, Mac & Cheese, pork sandwich & calamari....yummy stuff!the establishment is in the lobby (restaurant) & basement (pub) of the historic Mayflower hotel which adds to the ambience....enjoy!
