Straddling the Riverside-Moreno Valley border yet close to Interstate 215, this Farmer Boys reflects their industrial area and freeway-dependent store concept. Some may discern that the restaurant decor and attitude of staff is often subtly different depending on such a location. There are few residential neighborhoods in this vicinity. A blue-collar, military or freeway clientele can be expected, but that does not detract from enjoyment here.
Despite having 'their own traffic signal', this Farmer Boys is still difficult to access and can be easily missed if you are not paying attention. There is no driveway directly off Alessandro. Its a long stretch to make a U-turn if you miss it. Anyway, the food is well-prepared and consistent. Service is friendly and prices are reasonable. My favorite here is the Fish & Chips that has just the right amount of batter to dress up the generous pieces of fish. They even provide tasty malt vinegar dressing for us fish & chips purists. I wash it down with ice tea but beware Coke fans, only Pepsi products here.
Bottom line: Good fast food and friendly service but pay attention accessing the side street and parking area. Enjoy Farmer Boys! I sure did.
