Breakfast was not good I did not expect just a few Danish and muffins and a couple of bagels a continental breakfast. I needed to print my airplane boarding pass used the guest area computer when I was ready to print the printer was not working and the lady who was behind the counter with her male co-worker were no help. The fitness facility was dirty and there were tow machines that were a century old and were not working. The rooms were ok .

I sincerely thank you for taking the time to write a review of your recent stay at our hotel.. I completely agree that breakfast is extremely important to hotel guests and we do take care about it every morning. Yes, we could not give the services to meet your expectation.

For your information from 1st May 2014 all the Days Inn will have added more Hot and cold items in breakfast menu and we will appreciate if you give us one more chance to serve you.

Recently, we stayed at this Days Inn and were pleasantly awarded a great staff who helped us with a great cab company and a wonderful driver who quickly showed up at our hotel to take us around town for the night; we have a vehicle, but planned on drinking and didn't want to drive.
The next day, we accidentally left our keys in the car and the hotel staff used their own AAA to help us so that we didn't have to pay $100, which was what it would have cost had they not helped us! We were there for three nights and can actually say I feel like we had the best hotel in Rocklin, CA!

So far so good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I'm not crazy with my room facing hiwy 50 and tomorrow Thrus. I'm being moved to the front of the building. I recommend this hotel to anyone.
