I had the distinct pleasure of staying a week at this superb hotel for business, my stay was absolutely perfect for my girlfriend and I. A special shot out to Josiah Marshall for making us feel like we were @ home away from home. From his kind, courteous, an professional demeanor and all the staff. My experience was nothing less than exceptional. Thank you Kelly & Anita

Room Tip: We stayed on the second floor which was great for us...

After spending 3 nights in Napa Valley, we traveled back to Sacramento for one night prior to our flight home. This was a clean, convenient, well managed hotel. All rooms are suites of different sizes. For one night, it was more than enough for us. Our room had a queen size bed, desk and chair, small kitchen complete with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, sink, coffee maker, dishes and a nice size bathroom. The front desk staff was very helpful. On our way into Sacramento, we encountered major construction (fix 50) and were concerned about getting to the airport without experiencing significant traffic delays. Many thanks to Ryan for providing us with simple directions that avoided US 50 completely allowing us to arrive at the airport without any inconveniences. The hotel does provide a continental breakfast each morning. It is also conveniently located near many restaurants and shops.

Room Tip: Our room was on the second floor over the front entrance but we did not experience any added noise...

Thank you for your kind words about our hotel. Ryan has been with our property for almost 10 years and truly is a great asset to our team. He is incredibly knowledgeable about Sacramento, and we regularly get great feedback about his exceptional service. I'm also glad to see that you were able relax in our spacious suite. The Fix 50 project did create many traffic headaches, but fortunately it is now complete and traffic in the area is much better. We hope to see you the next time you visit Northern California!

Nice location and in the heart of Sacramento. Easily accessible to shopping and restaurants. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of variety of bagels, breads, muffins, fruit, and juices.

We stayed there from May 21st thru the 26th. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Always had a smile on their faces and greeted you when you came into the lobby. Extra treat was fresh baked cookies at the front desk in the evening. Had a good continental type breakfast bar in the morning with plenty of options, Certainly everything I needed to start the day. The only negative was that the room where they served breakfast was a little small. However they had small trays to take items back to your room, if needed. Our room was clean and plenty of room considering it was a studio. In fact it was a large as most standard rooms I have stayed in.at other hotels. Bed was just great. I think all of the rooms have a kitchen and adequate cooking utensils. Three restaurants to choose from in the adjacent parking lot. Other restaurants a short walking distance and also a CVS and a Safeway. Located one block from the American River where there were great biking and walking trails. Great for getting in my 10,000 fitbit steps. Hotel is pretty well centrally located to the downtown area where most of the attractions are located such as Old Sacramento and the Railroad museum. Also, a little nine hole golf course about a two minute walk from the hotel. We were in town to attend a wedding and there were 42 rooms rented by the attendees and I heard no complaints from anyone. This is the hotel that I will definitely recommend to my friends.

This is a nice property. The rooms are nicely furnished, the staff helpful and friendly and the common areas are clean and well done. The continental breakfast is good. The croissants, danish and muffins are all fresh and, unlike the offerings at other chains, seem to have been baked by humans. If you want to pig out for breakfast, there is a Mel's diner across the other parking lot which has a decent traditional breakfast.

returned to my room last night to find "new" towels with stains that suggested that they had been used and just refolded. The washcloths had make up stains that were not mine. The bath towel had old mascara stains---UCK! Makes me think what else did they skimp on cleaning !?! Won't be staying here again.
