Outside seating is the way to go here if you want to enjoy the river view. The key to an enjoyable lunch visit is to get there before the main crowd. Service goes from calm to hectic as the "business lunch" crowd arrives. We were are group of 12 old friends who wanted to visit so more after we ate but felt like we were being rushed out the door after we had eaten. Food was average and kind of expensive for Mexican fare. Within our group, we had 1 "very good", a couple "good", and one "yuck"! The rest were "average". Parking in the main parking under the buildings is not recommended unless you own a compact. Several of our group with disabilities found this place difficult to navigate in, especially getting to the upstairs bathrooms.
