if you like Vietnamese banh mi (sandwiches), this is the place to go. their French bread is fresh and they have a lot of volume to keep meats and breads fresh. my favorite is meatball sandwich(xiu mai) and #1 combo. they are cash only but prices are cheap. they also have other Vietnamese snacks and foods so its good if you are adventurous in your eating. lines can be long on weekends and lunch. no lines in evening.

For the classic BBQ pork Bahn Mi look no further. The bread used for the sandwich is baked on the premises with a lightness and crunch that would make a Frenchman blush. The crispness of the carrots and the freshness of the cilantro (coriander) pair perfectly well with the spice making the sandwich a difficult one to set down after you begin to indulge. They offer many other sandwiches, food items, and beverages so long as you can summit the language barrier.
Be sure to bring exact change, as they do not accept cards. They also don’t tend to favor indecisiveness.

Its usually crowded if you come late morning and after. Not much dining and the workers have limited/hard time with English but that didn't stop me. A good enough variety of food but the best is the fresh breads for the banh mi. Everything is cash and they only have like 2 or 3 tables if you need to sit and eat. Not very kid friendly if your child needs space to run around. They only take cash though. So basically one of the better banh mi places in sacramento.

I come here for the Bahn Mi. Long line, but worth it. It's fresh and inexpensive. Worth coming here.

In my opinion, much better than nearby Huong Lan. I love that you see them bring the french bread out of the oven and that they make delicious crusty bread for the Bahn Mi. I love the grilled pork and chicken sandwiches. I got a good amount of jalapenos on the juicy meat topped with the freshness of the carrots and cilantro. Perfect balance of flavors. Also offer other breads and Vietnamese special foods (ask what is in them before you buy if you're not familiar with them!). I stop by here on the way to the Sierras whenever I get the chance, love it.
