This is a beautiful property, located perfectly in Napa Valley, with stellar service. The go-to place when visiting Napa. The staff is eager to please and very accommodating. I encourage dining at Harvest Table as well.

Rachisman,

We like being your go to place in Napa Valley. What makes me extremely happy is the "eager to please" comment. Our team is the best aspect of our property as they bring it to life.

Thank you and look forward to welcoming you back!

No doubt the grounds and rooms are fantastic - better than in the photos on hotels.com and here. Lovely place.
Free car service into local area which was great for eating out in St Helena but doesn't go any further. Pool great and restaurant quite good (from a European perspective, I thought the food was expensive vs its quality, and very few good value wines available).
We did have a few issues though - our hotel room was left open by the cleaning staff with all our belongings inside. Nothing was stolen but it could have been very serious. My boyfriend mentioned this to reception who just apologised but no concession was made, which I felt was unsatisfactory given the seriousness.
We arrived shortly before breakfast closed one of the days, and the waitress was quite rude/flustered and continued to clean up around us, which seemed unnecessary.
Reception unable to provide basic information about taxis and wine tours by bike in the area.
Overall I felt the hotel, grounds and rooms were beautiful and fairly priced, but the customer service and staff training left a lot to be desired, which is unfortunate.
I might add that two of the more senior restaurant staff, one at breakfast and the other a wine afficionado covering dinner, were excellent.

My husband and I visited Harvest Inn for our one year anniversary. The rooms are spacious, the grounds are well kept, and the staff could not have been more pleasant. This will certainly not be our last time visiting Harvest Inn. Special shout out to Hector and concierge staff for going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Without a doubt, the best rehearsal dinner on earth! The staff was amazing. Attention to detail, food was the most delicious I have ever tasted and the view, being right next to the vineyard was gorgeous!

Spent a few days here as our central location for visiting Napa wineries. Nice property with vineyard in back, nice gardens and trees. We stayed in the Grove near the adult only pool. Room was nice, featuring huge bathroom with walk in shower. The restaurant in main building, Harvest Table, is quite good and there is a buffet breakfast with hot and cold items. Also a full bar. Complimentary coffee to go and we received a small bottle of wine in our room. There is a shuttle also. Room rate is expensive.

Norine,

Great shout out for our bartenders adding a lot to our guest experience. Our gardens are in full bloom and they love sourcing fresh herbs for their tinctures and recipes! Hope you come back soon to try our newest mixology experiences!
