We went to Corison with a bunch of friends and Galen was amazing. He was attentive, respectful and look care of every request we had. We loved the experience so much, we ended up joining the club and bought several cases of wines from Corison. We will definitely go back several times for the personal attention and amazing wines.

My husband and I were given the recommendation to go and visit Corison winery. We did not know too much about it but spoke to the right people and were able to book an appointment last minute. Galen who basically manages the bookings, orders, customer experience etc was so helpful. He pulled some strings to get us in and it was such a unique experience we ended up signing up for their wine list and have since been receiving shipments. The great part about this winery is that you are sitting right in the production room on a picnic bench and speaking directly to the "tour guide" which is typically Galen. It is a small, family oriented winery with a fantastic selection of wines. They even opened a brand new Syrah which had hints of bacon notes in it that was not on the tasting menu... so this was a nice unexpected surprise. Also we saw over 100 year old vines and Cathy Corison's husband manning the grounds. If you are looking for a place that is very personal and takes the time to explain the history and wine they produce then you need to visit Corison. I believe you can just stop by but I would suggest booking an appointment in advance so you actually receive a tour and learn about the wine during your tasting.

Well worth a visit. I have been by three times over 12 years (every trip I've made to the area) and it is always my favorite stop, providing great wine, a fantastic tasting atmosphere, and great advice on other small, great wineries in the area. Shows the difference between the big tasting room mentality and a real winery focused on making and sharing high quality wine.

Our large family group of nine was tasting at Heitz and asked our server where he would suggest for another good winery to enjoy. He quickly suggessted Corison which we had never heard of but which was nearby. He was even so kind as to call and see if they could take us with a late notice. Luckily they could and we couldn't have had a nicer exoerience. All of the staff was warm and gracious. We were treated to a delightful tatsting, tour and history of the winery. We found their story truly entrepreneural and fascinating. I would highly reccommend a stop at Corison when you are vsiiting the Napa wine country. You won't be disappointed. They truly care and are passionate about their visitors expperience.

Thank you, Galen, for a fantastic tasting experience. We'd enjoyed Corison prior to visiting, but loved hearing more about the wines, vineyards, and history while there. A must visit!
