The shuttle driver was less than friendly; when we got to the hotel, we were very disappointed with the accommodations. The room was very dated, it had an old style TV and bedspread; with many competing hotels around that are much nicer, time for an update. On the website, it said "Relax in our hot tub..."; we were disappointed to find out that there is no hot tub. We asked the front desk clerk about this, and even after pulling up the site on a phone and reading it to him, all he said was that there were jacuzzi's in some of the rooms that he could upgrade us to for a charge. The walls and floors were very thin and all night we heard people in other rooms - we had to get up at 3am for a flight and were very happy to get out of there. Check out "The Dylan", right down the street, very nice newly renovated rooms; same cost.

We have just updated all the televisions in our rooms to 32" LED televisions, and we appreciate your feedback on the matter. If there was any confusion on the subject of hot tubs we do apologize, and will try to make sure it is more clear that we have jacuzzi tubs in our suites and not a communal hot tub. Well, dunno from where to start, but I guess I will start from good things, - we've got the shuttle for free from the airport, even though it was pretty late (around 10 pm). But the shuttle driver was sort of rude and start pressing on my boyfriend to give him a tip, even though we didn't have any cash on us...
The room was clean, but the bathroom was a nightmare, some hair in the shower, smelling with chlorine towels and the floor in the shower was so slippery and without protecting stripes on it, so i almost killed myself.
So, my verdict - for one night stand is OK, not even hour more! It's a bit pricey for quality you get.

Kishan, the Desk Clerk, ROCKS! We arrived in the middle of the night tired and worn out the day after the plane crash @ SFO on July 6th. We were treated pretty badly by United Airlines SFO staff, so Kishan felt like a life-saver. We had no reservations and he treated us SO WELL I could have hugged him. It was in the middle of the night and he made us feel welcome and like we could depend on him (unlike United). He gave us tooth brushes & tooth paste - our luggage was elsewhere. So sweet. For the price this is a great deal as it included breakfast - boiled egg, cereal, coffee, juice, toast. It's NOT a honeymoon destination, but when you are hungry, angry, lonely or tired, this is the place to be. Beds were fine, but overall hotel showed wear and tear. Kishan made it feel like a palace for us!

I was changed the full price for my 2 nights stay as a "hold" on my visa as well as being charged on my MasterCard. Took them over a week to refund the money. Rooms were clean but some what dated. The breakfast was ok. The area was not great but the bus stop was close. I paid more for this "average hotel then for the luxury hotel I stay in later in my trip. I would not stay here again. For the price you could stay at a much nicer place!

Room Tip: Watch they don't charge you twice. For the price, stay somewhere else
