We enjoyed an excellent early morning breakfast at Sky Kitchen Cafe before visiting the HIller Aviation Museum. This was one of the best airport restaurants we've visited. Generally when you fly in for a meal you have to go with whatever is available and fortunately this was a great option! The menu choices are very, very good and there is something for every one. Breakfast and lunch selections are plentiful and can easily be shared. The omlettes were outstanding, big and fluffy, stuffed with lots of fresh veggies and meats. The coffee was good, too, which is something you rarely find an an airport cafe. You may have to wait 15-20 mins for a table, but it's worth the wait. Staff is friendly and quick to refill your coffee cup. Suggest you dine at the Sky Kitchen for breakfast then enjoy a visit to the Hiller Museum. You won't need lunch anytime soon!
