For a large theatre, the seating and sound are good even in the top tiers. The price of tickets is reasonable for most events. For plays though,
I prefer a smaller more intimate theatre. The San Jose Rep Theatre or
the California Theatre, or the Montgomery are more suited for plays.

Went to a performance of Billy Elliott there. The acoustics were good and we heard the dialogue pretty well. It accommodates over 2000 people and we expect to return there for additional performances.

This is a pretty good place to see a production. Good visibility and sound from everywhere. Bit tough to get to the middle seats.

With the exception of the back two rows in the corners, there really isn't a bad seat in the house at this venue. It is very large and has a variety of events - I frequent the Broadway San Jose shows myself. Parking is nearby and you can walk to a variety of restaurants before the show.

The chairs were very comfy, clean, friendly attendants, I didn't have to wait in line to use the ladies restroom.

Large public parking lot available one block south for $8 per day!!

Downside, the coffee bar was not staffed enough to handle the 50 or more attendees that were attempting to get a quick cup of coffee within a 15 min break. It was not open during the conference when many needed a pick me up.
