This restaurant is on the corner of a strip mall and would be easy to over-look. There are many Silicon Valley businesses nearby and this would be an ideal place for lunch or dinner (why sit in traffic on the way home when you can have tapas?). We had a coupon that we purchased for $50 worth of food for $25. Otherwise, if I hadn't seen this offer I would have never discovered this little spot. Web site makes it look fancier than it is in reality. I wouldn't take a first date there to impress her. View of busy First Street can mostly be ignored by the blinds. We enjoyed the fried calamari that included rings and tentacles, then went on to the Manchego cheese with quince paste (very nice), and the seafood paella only made for 2 persons. I thought the paella was good but way too much rice in ratio to seafood. The Spanish wines by the glass were good, but tiny for $10 each. They were out of Abarino - which I prefer. We ate early (5:15) - way early by Spanish standards! Only 3 other tables were seated while we dined. This restaurant may get a lot more busy and thus noisier later in the evening or during a sporting event (soccer?).
