I was attending a conference where everything could go wrong...and nothing did. It was exceptional in every way. The staff was professional, the lobby is inviting and the experience far exceeded my expectations.

I just stayed at this hotel for a conference. I was very impressed with the professionalism of all staff from the front desk to bussing staff. I had a great room but did have a problem with listening to water running behind the air conditioner all the time. I notified the front desk to address the issue before I checked out! I worked out in the gym and was impressed that towels and earplugs were provided. The second night there were no towels so I called for some. Within 15 minutes some were delivered! The bed and pillows were super comfortable as well! The location is fabulous and I enjoyed walking downtown to some fine restaurants. The airport is super close so don't be shocked when you see planes flying very low and close. I also enjoyed a wonderful chocolate drink that was pricey but they were not stingy with the alcohol so I was pleased! A wonderful hotel well worth spending a little more for!

Just returned from a stay at this hotel. I found it quite nice. Rooms were spacious. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was amazing. Neighbors were insanely loud. Pool was great. Good bar and lots of interesting shops and food options.
