A little late in posting, but this is by far one of my favorite hotels in San Jose. Staff provide exceptional customer service and go out of their way to be accommodating. If I am ever back in the San Jose area I will certainly stay at this hotel.

Hilton San Jose provides great sevives and is in a very convenient location. Within walking distance to restaurants and downtown. The hotel has a fitness center, swimming pool , and spa. I always receive top customer service at this Hilton hotel.

They need to do some major sound proofing, make sure their air conditioner coverings are attached to the wall, plug in lights, and clean the fridge. Could hear everything from outside and in the rooms next to us, AC cover fell off the wall, fridge was disgusting, lights next to bed weren’t plugged in so I had to move the furniture to plug them in

We visited the hotel as part of our tour, we picked this as a “know” standard for first night.

Compared to the other Hilton’s I have stopped in, this was poor. The room felt tired and over used, typical of a heavy use conference point.

The staff where welcoming, however left us to struggle with cases to the room with no offer of help.

Information on breakfast was not offered, and when we asked we got little service from the bar so we went elsewhere.

Chose this hotel for two reasons. Right across the street from the City National Civic Auditorium, where I was attending a concert, and the fact that it is a Hilton, a brand that never disappoints. Was a little bit spendy, but not unexpectedly so. Very few restaurants in the area that could be called moderately-priced. Hotel restaurant was very good, but also spendy.
