“Great Stay!”
Reviewed 9 June 2014

I have been in the hot tubs various times and have always wanted to actually stay in one of the rooms. Celebrated my daughters 8th grade promotion on this stay. Very beautiful. I was very pleased - very clean and nicely decorated! Loved having the spa on the patio, made for a relaxing stay! Loved being 5 minutes from the beach!

Good overall. Was a little pricey. They should integrate their systems, that way you only go to one place to make your dinner and massage reservations. The room was mice, really liked the fireplace and private tub.

We stayed for our 4th aneversary. Staff is really nice and the private tub on the deck was great. But the pillows and the bed were really horrible ! Lumpy kneck and back torture! My husband said " no wonder they have a spa they have to give you a massage after a night with those pillows and bed" oh and also the bed was suppose tone a queen and was clearly a full. Over all I think with the prices they charge they should be making enough money there to get better bedding .
The breakfast was WONDERFUL!!

My husband requested this property for a birthday get away weekend. Dinner at The Gardens was terrific with knowledgable wait staff and interesting wine list. Room was well appointed and spa relaxing. We will be back.

Only complaint . . . Mattress very uncomfortable! Both of us had trouble sleeping and bad back pain every morning! Very soft and lumpy! Service and ice delivery was excellent. Room cleaning excellent. Artwork and pictures are needed on the bare walls in the room.

There was a sense that either the hotel was in trouble money wise and trying to manage or else eking out each dime they could for profit. Either way, there was a lack of concern for the guests that was troublesome. The rooms and balconies were also rather dismal and could and should be upgraded to be more cheerful and attractive. Also the staff training seems to be poor and staff did not act as though they knew what to do as they would in a good hotel.

we loved while stayed. some how we stayed same location (Heavenly) which was lovely. But still we could not able to operate fire place, very disappointing. DID NOT WORK AGAIN!!!. And we had breakfast at your restaurant on Saturday morning, but your service was not satisfied. When we ordered the breakfast, one of the breakfast comes with toast. you were not able to supply "jam or jelly" for the toast. Toast was forgot to bring first place anyway, then we had to remind the waiter to bring the toast with jam, but he came back saying out of "jam or jelly" in the kitchen. Other then that we enjoyed staying and made another reservation on this August. we enjoyed yoga class very much!!! I don't think we will go back for breakfast in your restaurant while we stay. Thank you.
