We're traveling up the coast for Thanksgiving with our children and grandparents. There was a set Holiday menu that did not disappoint. Every one in our party had something different and all of us were very happy. Even the traditional turkey dinner was fantastic - moist and flavorful. Can't wait to go back and explore other options on the menu.

Atmosphere good, service and food poor. But prices high,
Maybe it was relief staff during day after Christmas but our food was cold and special of the night that one of us ordered came ten minutes after others and was over cooked. For 6 (2children) of us to make up for all we had to ask for and wait for ( bread olive oil Parmesan late meal) they offered 2 deserts only. One was creme brûlée and it was cold just out of fridge Not a satisfactory meal for over $200. Won't return. No sauces were memorable and portions were rather small.

Decent Italian food, however the portions are somewhat small. Service was friendly. Overall, there is better Italian in SLO.

I had the Escargot and Veal Milanese. The escargot was bubbling with lots of wonderful garlic sauce. Be sure to dip your bread and get every bit of that sauce. The Veal Milanese very tender and melted in your mouth. The beet salad was excellent and enough for two to share. To top of this great meal the lemon sorbet in the lemon skin was perfect! I can't wait to go back!

We've just visited a restaurant we used to go to often when our children were going to school in SLO. The people working there are so friendly, as usual. My husband had his old favorite, veal piccata....fabulous. I had duck confit, which is my favorite meal in France where it's always the same...salty and moist and tender, This was a little different....not as salty and not as moist but very tender....it had an orange reduction sauce which made it different and not quite the same.
