Yes, the rooms are comfortable and attractively styled. And despite being there for Valentine's weekend we didn't have a problem getting a table for breakfast either day (Saturday and Sunday morning) unlike a previous reviewer for this same weekend - perhaps we are later risers. The freshly cooked eggs were an unexpected treat. There are three "lodges", Londonderry (more Solvang than Irish) closest to the reception/breakfast building, "Plantation" furthest away down a steep slope which runs beside the "Craftsman" where we had a room. The room was large and well set up in the Craftsman style and really quite well done, which made the small issues seem larger than they really were; the bathroom door was hung the wrong way for no good reason, such that it opens into the tiny entry area and blocks the closet and the entry door; the bathroom tile was not edged properly, just cut tile edges; the towel rack was bent and loose; the nightlights (2) were both dead. At this level of pricing it surprised me that these kind of details were let slide. My biggest disappointment was that the advertised Wi-Fi didn't work the whole time we were there. We inquired about it twice and were told the system would be reset. The last morning I was going to mention it again but then overheard the staff telling another guest that they didn't have an answer to why the Wi-Fi was not working and would have to "find some nerds" to fix it. Really?! The car parking is a bit tricky as someone else pointed out but it's okay. We were on the third floor of the Craftsman building (relative to the entry door which is down the steep slope that leads to the Plantation building. Carrying luggage down the sloping driveway and then up three flights of stairs was a challenge - we'd packed one big suitcase. I'm really not sure if we'd go here again. It's quite expensive and only almost justifies the expense with the comfort level provided.
