Our family stopped in while traveling and asked the waiter for gluten free soy sauce. He brought us low sodium soy sauce :) We asked for gluten free options and he didn't understand and brought someone else over who was very helpful. My daughter can't have gluten and he asked her what she liked and he put it together for her. I had tempura and it was VERY oily and greasy and not very warm, like it had been sitting for awhile. Husband had a couple of sushi dishes with raw fish and said they were OK.

“Nice little place”
Reviewed 14 July 2013 via mobile

I was with my wife in San Mateo ca alone, kids were out having fun. We wanted Japanese food and went to a place I had heard about in the area but it was no longer there. So I started looking and with in 3 min I found Daiki sushi. We went in and found this nice little place, ordered our standard and were nicely surprised at the quantity and quality of food for the price. You need to try it yourself because my taste is diilfferent than yours... See ya soon califaz
