We stumbled on Zorba’s after a long day on the road, hoping to find a good meal without a lot of fuss. Zorba’s was everything we hoped for and more. The service was friendly and fast, they have Sierra Nevada (my favorite US beer) on tap, and the food was just wonderful.
My wife and I both ordered pasta dishes with marinara sauce, spaghetti for me, cheese ravioli for her. It might partly have been because we were hungry and tired, but this is probably the best spaghetti I ever tasted, including my Mama’s home cooking and many meals in Italy. Why choose the name Zorba’s for what seems to be an Italian restaurant? I have no idea.
