This hotel would have been fine if not for being under construction and the fact that they do not care if you can sleep through the noise even on weekends . No offer of a discount and laundry does not work

The staff is friendly and helpful. They respond with a smile to requests and offer their help before you can ask. The linens are first class and it feels cozy to climb into the pillow top bed with the cozy comforter. Internet connects automatically with no need for a password. The morning breakfast had something for everyone from cereal to waffles and sausage and eggs.

We started off in an older room, which was smoky. We complain and or move to a newly remodeled room. This was an excellent upgrade. Once complete, this should be an excellent experience. The staff was excellent, and the driver to the airport was great.

This hotel was very outdated. The bathroom wasn't clean at all. It had holes in the ceiling. The A/C unit didn't work well at all. When staff looked at it they couldn't fix it and suggested we move to another room. The hotel was sold out so it wouldn't have mattered. Bathtub wouldn't drain as well. I had to call someone in to plunge the water out of it. Also the toilet clogged up. Part of it could be due to the fact it was a .8 gal per flush toilet. Must be some liberal CA law about water conservation. If you have to flush 3 times for every 1 time with the bigger toilets then whats the point???

It is hard to give review of appearance, since they are starting to remodel. It has the feel like a hotel in Mexico. We stayed for 5 days for baseball tournament, so we booked last minute and they were able to accommodate the entire team and families. For the price, I believe it was worth it. The complimentary breakfast was okay, but could have been more options. (Was the same everyday)
