We stayed one evening in room 208. First impression was a little dated, but check-in was fast and the lady was really helpful advising us on where to eat and what to look at. Located within walking distance to the harbour, we found it was well situated to visit Downtown Santa Barbara too.
The rooms were well equipped, spotlessly clean and very well sound proofed with a very comfortable bed. The gardens and communal areas were very well maintained and spotless also. All the staff made a point of being friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was a simple cold buffet with enough variety in the reception area . We felt the only improvement would be the addition of a few more tables inside as outside had traffic noise.
We decided to take a harbour cruise which meant we would need to find somewhere to park our car once we checked out, however the Gentleman at reception said we could leave the car in the Hotel car park until we returned which was very generous.
Overall, we were pleasantly surprised at just how nice our stay was and would recommend it.More
