As many other reviews have stated - this is a no frills motel. But many other hotels this close to all the technology businesses are double and triple the price. Things that are important for me on a business stay - room clean and smoke free, bed is comfortable, AC works, quiet at night, shower / toilet / towels are clean, wireless internet works, and the hot water is hot. The only condition that was not met was internet - it worked but too slow to be as productive as I wanted to be. Bonus features - in room fridge and microwave. Breakfast is very simple (no omelet station ;)) but ok for coffee, banana, yogurt, and pastry. Pool looked a little suspect but not going in. Usual TV channels - but come in a little fuzzy. No workout room. Side note - In a part of town that I will dub "Little Asia" - no shortage of Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Mongolian BBQ (even though Chinese seems to be absent). Lot's of good places to eat if that is your cup of tea. For the price would stay again

I tried to travel on a budget this go round and was in for a not so pleasant surprise by doing so...First off I wasn't pleased with my 1st room-which was across from a smoking receptacle. The lights were faulty and furniture was way out-dated. I mean this was indeed a very feasible hotel but I still felt like things like lights should work and the bathroom fixtures should be mold free. I probably could of handled the above problems if at 3am the toilet didn't decide to wake me up. And of course I was there for a conference and sleep was a big part of being coherent for this all day conference. They next day I went to the office to request to be moved- they move me but of course moving was a pain- but I could't do another night what the "running" toilet. If you are looking for affordability this is your spot. If you are looking for affordability and satisfactory standards being met stay someplace else and spend a bit more.

Older property - motel style with exterior entry to each room. Clean rooms, seemed well kept overall, staff was pleasant. Can't complain for the rate - hard to find sub $100 hotels in the San Jose area.

Spent three nights here. Price was right. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Yes, walls are a little thin. We had no issues with noise however. Old style motel design with outdoor entry. Breakfast is standard fare. Room was clean and food was well stocked. Would consider staying here again.

Room Tip: Upstairs might be better. You can hear footsteps above from the ground floor.

Facility is more Motel like than a typical Quality Inn & Suites. Good interior condition with spacious size room and newer furnishings, but very basic in nature. Walls very thin. All outside noises and adjoining room noices are very audible. Not likley to return, except price was good compared to neighboring facility choices.

Room Tip: Room over back driveway has less adjoining rooms and thus less noise.
