Charlie Hong Kong opened in 1998 at was once the Great American Weiner Works. I miss the hot dogs, but Charlie's has good, healthy (mostly vegan) Asian street food with a local twist. Their rice bowls are a great bargain, and the food is fast and fresh. It's mainly a takeout place, but there is some indoor seating, plus picnic tables outside, under the big green awning. And they are open late (11PM), so you can get some dinner after the movie or show at the Rio Theatre up the street.
