When I was at Natural Bridges SP viewing the monarchs the docent told me about this nearby SP. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. It has numerous hiking/biking trails. Some trails lead to the Ranch and beyond and others to the scenic cliff view of the ocean. They trails are very easy to maneuver. If you are anywhere near Santa Cruz add this SP to your list.

We had a nice hike with ocean views.
Also enjoyed seeing the pretty old buildings (homestead and ranch).
Restrooms available at the parking lot. Day use fee (I think $5)

This park has moderately challenging hiking trails, which take you through meadows and rolling hills. The vista points have breathe taking views of the coast. There is an old horse corral with a unoccupied cabin that my kids like to play in/around. Worth the drive up the coast to explore Wilder Ranch.

We brought bikes, and it was super windy this day, bring a hoody!
Whitecaps on the ocean, but gorgeous photo ops of the coastline. lots of seals sunning on the rocks below and many Albatross sailing by. The photos were great!
