Enjoyed the clam chowder and the clams/mussels in a white wine sauce. The fish tacos were nothing special.

There are several other restaurants on the wharf that are better. However there is nothing wrong with this restaurant and of course the views are amazing. So no complaints, just wouldn't rave about this place.
How in the world can you sit at the end of a pier overlooking the water and serve anything less than fresh seafood?? We live in Alabama and our friends brought us here for my husbands birthday! Such a disappointment!
This is a great spot to stop and enjoy the bay views while dinning on some classic seafood and some with a twist. They have tables right against the windows that allow for great views the whole time, and the food was great as well.
We were here on a sunny warm Saturday afternoon in March. We stopped to see the elephant seals and decided since Santa Cruz looked busy to have an early dinner (about 5:00) and stopped by this historic restaurant - its been here for decades. We enjoyed the rolls - and the food was good (not great - thus the 3 star rating). One had seared ahi and clam chowder; the other had petrale and salad (which he said was wonderful).
There is a fish market associated to the restaurant location.
Service was good - although the place was very busy, they kept our ice tea glasses full.
Timing of delivery was good.
We parked outside - parking cost us two dollars.
Overall, ok place to go if in the area - there are better restaurants in the greater Santa Cruz area.
