We stayed here Friday night this past weekend and were glad we did. It was by far the best value in comparison to other places I looked at. Check in was easy, there was plenty of parking, and the location is fantastic, right off the freeway and near lots of food and shopping areas. The room was a perfect size for two people. Loved the Keurig machine in the room. There isn't a breakfast offered in the lobby, but they provide water, juice, and breakfast bars in the room. There wasn't a tub with the shower and no hair dryer, but that wasn't a big deal for us. The room was clean, didn't smell bad, and the bed was comfortable. There was occasionally some noise, maybe construction, but we kept the air on which was perfect. We slept well and felt we had a great deal for the night.

We stayed here for two comfortable night. The room was large and clean with a microwave and minifridge, desk, a side table and two chairs. The large bathroom was well lit with a window and an inclosed corner shower. A Keurig coffee pot, a small basket of snack bars, fruit juices, and water bottles were an added bonus. The bed was extremely comfortable with good pillows. Being on the second floor, we had a nice picture window.

We happened upon this motel at the end of a long day. It's a fraction of the cost of the chain motels, and is a real bargain for what you get. We got a suite with three queen beds and a full kitchen. Great value, nice folks.

We stayed here three nights a couple of weeks ago. It's an older motel, mostly one story buildings, but it's been renovated and very clean. Owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. The room didn't have a hair dryer, but the manager was quick to loan us one (in original box even). Breakfast consists of a few packaged goods in the room, but we bought our own supplies; the room had a fridge and microwave, plus a Keurig coffee maker, so we didn't mind being independent there. It's a convenient location, right near the 101 freeway, but our rooms were toward the back and quiet enough. WiFi coverage was decent (better than at some fancy hotels).

Room Tip: There's a shopping center a block away if you need anything.

We spent one night at the Redwood Inn in Santa Rosa. We were nearly the only guests in a moderately large motel (Monday eve in January). The motel was very easy to find, just off hwy 101. The double queen room was immaculate. There was no breakfast, but snacks were available in the room at no extra charge (OJ, water, apple juice, Natural Valley bars, Welch's fruit snacks). The room had two chairs plus a desk chair. The room had a TV, microwave, refrigerator and a keurig coffee maker. Missing: no grab bar in the shower, no bathroom hooks for bathrobe or cosmetic bag, weird narrow shelf in bathroom could only hold a small bottle of shampoo and a bar of soap, no luggage rack.
