I have volunteered as a camp nurse here for the past four years. I see quiet shy children open up to the activities and warmth of the staff. I experience the "home sick" one's in my nurse role. They are encouraged to join in and make new friends. They only need one homesick visit and I do not see them in my cabin again. I see only positive things from the staff. They are encouraging and supportive to the campers. In my four years I have seen the kids grow up, become CILTS and then councilors. It is so rewarding to e part of this experience. My grandsone has been to camp here for the past 5 years and will return next summer as well!!!!!
At this camp...they really care about your child!!!!!
