We had stumbled into this place once before, and had a good beer and shared a hamburger...the only thing missing was Death & Taxes. The peeps at Heritage Public House fb me when they got it on tap, now that is customer service.
Okay for the beer, many good choices, the Double B--tard was yummy with a great viscous mouth feel, but I am digressing...(Trip Advisor will not allow me to print the name of the beer)
The place is kinda no nonsense, nothing to write home about, but it is show casing the beer and food..
so far we have only tried the hamburger, it was so good, thick and meaty, Nieman Ranch beef on an amazing bun, that has a crunch to it, and the sauce just adds a bit of zesty flavor, lettuce and tomato. Now for the fires, okay I am a french fry ...well LOVER...and I don't like the skinny once fried, get cold fast..taste like card board fries, and these are those. Can someone tell them that potatoes are the veggie 'meat' and should be treated like it!
I asked the server to make sure they were hot...to last a bit longer..and of course they were not..but a fresh hot plate of fries was soon delivered.
The only thing holding back the 5th star was the fries..
