My wife and I love Indian food, so when I read the reviews from all the locals, I knew that this would be a treat for us. It was Halloween night and the dining room was busy with locals - but why no tourists?
Don't be put off by the location behind a Burger King in a strip mall -- this is first rate Indian cuisine without the high prices or pretension. An assorted appetizer plate, Chicken Tikka Masala, Lamb Korma, plus all of the expected accompaniments (Naan, papadaams, raita, & rice) and a bottle of Indian lager for around $70.
With Smartphones & GPS, there is no excuse for not trying something "outside the box" of more traditional restaurants while on vacation.
