I go to caffe portifino everyother weekend and have dinner there the wine list is amazing by far the best wine there is tricini cellars wine owned by john vicini. Caffe portifino has a full bar with great bartenders that can make anything you want. The food is to die for Great steak and pasta the best appetizer is the fried calamari with basil garlic and tomato sauce plus a little lemon juice if you want. the bread is made fresh at the restraunt as well as the soup. theres plenty of stuff for everyone if your a meat eater theres steak and veal for dinner and big portifino burgers for lunch. if you are going more on the light side there is amazing ceaser salad if you like garlic and really good minestrone soup. the prices are fair for how much your get it may seem pricey on the menu but when you get your order you the know why. the restraunt was built like over 100 years ago and has old bricks which make a wall on your left side when you walk in the frontentrance. The service is great ive only had one order messed up in 7 years in going there and the person who messed it up was just starting out and didnt know any italian which the menu is in italian but the description is in english. I think that just about covers it up if you are passing by the mall by fourth sstreet you should come on in its a great place and im sure you will be leaving with a full stomach and sure to come back.
