“Loud, dirty and scary”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 8 April 2006

We stayed here because there was an event going on in the area and everywhere else was booked - I mean, EVERYWHERE. There are lots of hotels in this town, and we drove around searching for 2 hours with no luck except this one.

We pulled into the parking area to go to our room and saw a bunch of guests laying on their beds watching TV with their room doors open in t-shirts and underwear - it was about 9pm. There were about 3 rooms like this with about 3-4 people in each room.

They were drinking and loud with their doors open. I was scared to sleep.

The room was dirty and smelled badly.

Never again!!

Checked in late in evening after making reservation by phone and upon reaching our room#111, a single small bulb, no shade, was in ceiling. the table lamp would not operate either. There was no stopper in the bath sink to hold water and the floor was ice cold requiring socks to stand in the bath. When my wife complained at checkout, she was told we should have reported this in the night, so the husband , who was the maintenance man, could have fixed the problem. There also was no allowance for AAA or AARP membership.

Checked in very late, came from massage & mud bath, did not want to ruin the trip. ended up checking in and leaving until we could not stay awake. then returning to sleep. The room smelled horrible, the bed had visable stains on it. the entire inside and outside was falling apart. paint chipping. it was a real dump. I contacted the head quarters and have been emailing vanessa there. she reffered me to a lady manager who yelled at me on the phone twice, then ended up crediting 2 people back $9.00 from the $98.00 we spent. vanessa, at headquarters should have handled it but really was un-professional about it. 3 1/2 weeks later i still get emails from here advising me who the boss is. it was the boss in santa rosa that yelled at me. does anyone know who governes these places? HORRIBLE!

I would never stay in this motel again. The toliet was backed up and I had to borrow a plunger to fix it. The iron was dirty and broken. The light in the bathroom only worked sometimes. The "view" out the window was to the back of the property that over looked broken screens, empty beer and soda cans, emtpy food containers and other trash. Not to mention a very smelly canal. The breakfast was nothing more then a danish and juice box and this was served late. The pool was in such bad shape I would not allow my child to use it, which was a huge disappointment.
