Really good atmosphere. That place fits great into Sausalito. It is very relaxed and especially the tables outside so close to the water are amazing.

We grabbed a bottle of nice red wine from the bar and sat outside with friends.. Awesome view... Cozy place... Sausalito needs more places like this..

Got the Travel Zoo Coupon again. It was our second visit at this place and again: a really nice experience.. The wines on their list are great. The cheese, cracker , nuts appetizer was wonderful. It was chilly so we sat inside what was nice. Intimate atmosphere, not loud, still a nice view at the harbor. The staff are very knowledgeable about the wines, helpful, quiet, there when you need them. Not rushing to get you out...... just a nice time. We will come again, with or without a Travel Zoo deal.

We were introduced to Wellington's Wine Bar from a Travelzoo special, a wine flight featuring four varietals and a deli board for two, for half price. We arrived shortly after they opened at 4pm on a Wednesday, a fairly quiet time and seated ourselves outdoors on the deck overlooking the water and marina, as it was sunny and warm. The service was attentive and fast, and the deli board was adequate (just enough to serve as appetizers, if you plan on dining afterward), but the four wines each of us tried were some of the best we ever tasted! We sampled the Joseph Jewel 2011 Chardonnay, the Cru 2010 Vintage Montage Pinot Noir, Mercer 2007 Merlot, and End Post 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon. The pours were generous for a tasting. After finishing, we went next door to Salito's for an early dinner. A very enjoyable way to spend the late afternoon!

The noise level in this bar/restaurant makes conversation impossible. No one offered to seat us until I went to the bar and asked where we should sit. We ordered paninis, and mine was made with prosciutto that was nothing but gobs of fat - I had to spit out several bites into my napkin to avoid gagging. The wine selection isn't anything special for a place that bills itself as a wine bar. We will never go back, and I would suggest you don't go either.
