Very disappointing evening last night, Saturday, December 8th.
The food was mediocre and the service was APPALLING. Someone from the staff took my unfinished cocktail I expressed my unhappiness to the waitress who in turns bring out someone else (he may have been the drink inspector) to get the EXACT amount of liquid libation that was taken off the table. He was bent over the table assessing the EXACT amount of what was taken by using another glass as a means of measurement. Our party of four marveled at the attention to detail and really enjoyed the spectacle of the absurdity, I mean, heaven forbid should they practice random acts of gratitude towards paying customers and bring them another drink! Water was poured for the two glasses at the front of the table but the two nearest the wall had to continually ask for water. The male server/busboy at our table would reach across the table to take away or bring dish instead of walking around to serve properly and nearly poked out the eyes of the guest with his elbow.
The steak was tough, the chicken dry, the roasted vegetables rubbery.
Management should bring in someone to teach staff the proper way of servicing clients.
