On a beer exploration of south central Cali anf spending the night in Solvang so of course we had to try it. The beer was good, not amazing, but that's a taste thing. Do wish the IPA had a stronger aroma. The food on the other hand, was amazing. If you want just a snack try the pretzels. They are the softest tastiest we have ever had. Their housemade rootbeer is fantastic. The portions are huge, you can share! Loved the wood and ambiance.

Great location with plenty of seating outside. Good food and great beer. In summer would need to be in shade and very crowded on the weekends.

Great pub fare. My hamburger was perfect. Wife had hamburger and fries. She loved it. Our son joined us from Santa Barbara. Loved the soup! Ate outside at the end of a lovely day.

Great beer (IPA's) and attentive staff. Talked to the brewer who had worked in a brewery in North San Diego County where we live. Very informative. Great place to stop and enjoy good beers and friendly staff.

We sat outside in the sun and had a couple of interesting and tasty beers - then went inside for food. Good ambiance and friendly staff. We ordered a starter to share - nachos described as 'huge' - and had the biggest and best Nachos in history, so much we skipped main course and shared a dessert - again the largest and one of the tastiest puddings! Come hungry.

Thank Taymar
