My wife and I visited here on our first night in Solvang. We loved the ambiance and loved the food even more. While it is pricey, the grilled romaine and artichoke/feta dip started our night off great. The lamb burger stuffed with goat cheese was a great find as well.

We come to Solvang all the time, and I've wanted to try this place, so this weekend while we stayed in Santa Ynez, we came here for breakfast. So glad we did! The short rib hash was literally one of the best breakfasts we've ever had. Lox and bagel were good too. Homemade sausage was tasty but super-salty. You order at the counter and seat yourself. The portions are ginormous, staff is young and very helpful and friendly. Don't come here if you want pancakes or waffles - there are plenty of mediocre Danish-themed places nearby that can accommodate you. This is the place for meat-lovers, savory-lovers, or anyone looking for a more elevated breakfast than the other places in town. They only serve beer and wine, but they still managed to make a killer bloody mary with some sort of wine that impersonates vodka! Can't wait to go back.

This place is a tried and true must do in Solvang. The staff were very friendly and helpful in selecting the wine pairing for dinner. The Duck was AHmazing (juicy and flavorful) and the Tenderloin was perfectly seared, seasoned and well complimented by the sides.

I read all the great reviews, and I was really excited about going here but I think this was the most disappointing meal on my vacation. One thing that is important for parents to know is that they don't have a kids menu, and their food wouldn't appeal to most kids. We ordered the meatloaf, and it was okay but definitely not worth how much it cost. I did really enjoy the Mexican hot chocolate flavor creme brulee. Overall, I would never come back here because the food and service were not very good.

Not knowing what to try. The chef made his choices for us. He sent out wine and started with a charcuterie. The on to their house special duck breast, braised short ribs, more wine and unique desert. Took a few hours and left very satisfied.
