The Meadowlark Inn is a misnomer. It is actually a roadside motel, very noisily situated between two churches (kids skateboarding in the parking lot late at night). We stayed the weekend of April 29th in Room 1 and paid extra for a hottub. It was not worth it. The room was clean, but very small, old and very cheaply decorated. The bedding was worn and there was no bathtub. The hottub was new, however extremely small, and although it was fenced in, there was no landscaping. Just the tub with a fence around it. We had to walk out the front door of our room and around to the fence to get there. The best thing about the place was the nice oak trees and lawn. We could relax there with a bottle of wine. But after seeing some of the other nicer and price comparable places to stay, we decided it was not worth another try. If you are expecting a bed and breakfast type inn, this is definitely not it.
