Well, there's not a lot to see at the cheese store, but the walk there from the center of Sonoma is easy, past a Clydesdale farm, and the cheese tasting makes it even better. Don't be afraid to ask about cheese you don't know--the staff is SO accommodating with information and bites to taste. We were looking for something to do instead of wine tasting at 9:30 am, and this was just right. We ended up with three small cheeses to use as hors d'oeuvres of our own. The best find: a small plastic cheese board and knife for $2!
