“Felt Like a Our Second Honeymoon Again”
Reviewed 14 October 2013

We had an excellent time!! It felt like we were staying in the Bridal suite. We stayed in the Mimosa Room. The room had a gas fireplace, jacuzzi and a four poster king size bed. It was very romantic and cozy!! French doors led out to a private deck with a fire pit, hanging swing, waterfall and hot tub The owners, Les and Kym were very nice and gave us tips on vineyards and restaurants to visit in Sonoma. We had a great time!! The breakfasts were very tasty and we enjoyed the interaction with the other guests! I would recommend this Inn....definitely worth the trip!!!

Room Tip: Mimosa Room was wonderful!!!!!

This place is the perfect base to crawl around Sonoma. Les and Kym have provided not only a beautiful setting in which to stay but they have thought of everything. You have access to bikes, a fire pit, jacuzzi, wine and appetizer night, plush robes, private decks for some of the rooms, free wine tastings at the local tasting rooms, and they even leave you a cold plate at the end of the day for you to snack on. Oh, the amazing and delicious breakfast spread that you get is 5 star. The location cannot be beat, wineries, restaurants and stores at every step yet you feel quietly tucked away. I am very happy we stayed here and would absolutely stay here if we head to Sonoma again.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Jasmine room - very large bathroom with skylight, jacuzzi tub and rain shower head...

We stayed 3 nights here in September. The location is fantastic; just steps away from the main square but not close enough to be bothered by the crowds. We never got to meet Les and Kym but talked to the them before and after our stay so they were still very helpful. USE the wine pass! We saved so much money and it was great having so many options to choose from when wine tasting. We stayed in Wisteria room and it was wonderful; fireplace, jacuzzi tub (for 2), back porch with steps leading right to the hot tub...amazing. The room also had a flat screen TV and an extra day bed which we just ended up using to put our suitcases on top of. The breakfasts are indeed gourmet, plentiful and delicious. For our first two nights, we were pleasantly surprised to find "snacks" in the refrigerator labeled with our room name. Vegetable trays, fruit trays, etc. So of course, we were anticipating this again on our third night. Sadly, the snack fairy never showed up! It was our only disappointment for the entire stay...we did end up laughing at ourselves for checking the fridge a few times :-) FYI...The room was always replenished with bottled waters and a dish with salty snacks/candy bars.
We also used the bikes, which were great to cruise around on. The square is so much fun- lots of fun stores to shop (I bought a great hat and so did my bf!) and great restaurants.
If you are looking for a laid-back, romantic type of trip which involves some of the best wines and restaurants in the country, you have to stay here. It will only serve to make sure you have the utmost experience and get the most out of your trip.

My wife and I spend 5 days in Sonoma in early October. This was simply the best B and B that we have ever stayed at. The Mimosa room is beautiful with a gorgeous and very comfortable bed, a perfect deck with a fire pit and deck swing, and a wonderful tub. The breakfasts are gourmet quality. The flowers around the property are beautiful. Location just one block from the plaza with great parking. Best of all are Les and Kym who made us feel at home, looked after our every need and did it all with a friendly attitude that made us sad to leave.
We will be back!!

We spent 4 nights with Les and Kym in September. The rates, amenities and location were all exceptional. The night innkeeper, Andrew, met us upon arrival to get us checked in and give us a quick tour of the plaza and recommendations for a late dinner. The beds were heavenly (literally - they are Westin beds) and the breakfast each morning was very gourmet and delicious. There is a hot tub and a firepit out back (surrounded by beautiful landscaping and greenery). Les and Kym were around every afternoon to chat with the guest, get feedback, and make recommendations for dinner and wineries. We had to leave early our last morning there (before scheduled breakfast) and Les and Kym made sure there were coffee and muffins to go waiting on us for our departure. It was so nice to be able to come back to the B&B in the afternoons, park the car, have some wine by the firepit, then walk to the plaza for more wine tasting and dinner. We would absolutely stay there again!

Everything about our three day trip to Sonoma was perfect, thanks to Les and Kym. Upon arrival, we sat down with Kym and discussed the things we wanted to get out of our short stay with them. She and Les recommended wineries based on the types of wine that my boyfriend and I liked to drink and they also gave great restaurant recommendations and dishes to try at various places. We were so surprised when they offered to upgrade us to the Wisteria room and we really enjoyed the private patio and fireplace to enjoy a couple glasses of wine in the evening. Les fixed up bikes for us and another couple in the Inn to ride to various wineries the next day so that we could take full advantage of the Winery Passport that is included with your stay. The B&B itself is a 2 minute walk from the main square in Sonoma, all the wonderful restaurants and shops. We couldn't have asked for a more romantic getaway and better hosts. You can see how much this couple loves making their guests feel welcome from the moment you check-in. We just can't wait to go back!

We stayed at the inn for 3 nights in late June/early July. The inn is in the perfect location, a couple of minutes walk from the main square an a host of restaurants and wine tasting rooms.

The service we received was second to none. We were greeted by Les who showed us around the inn and spent a lot of time suggesting vineyards and restaurants in the area. He also gave us a wine passport which entitled us to free tastings at many wineries in the area which saved us a lot of money. The staff at the inn could not have done more for us, when we asked to borrow an iron and ironing board they offered to iron the items for us, and when we had to leave extremely early on our last morning they set out coffee and tea for us and offered to leave some breakfast.

We stayed in the Cornflower room which is in the main house, just off of the dining room. The room was lovely and comfortable. The website does state that the room is off of the dining room but we didn't expect to open our bedroom door in the morning to be confronted with all the other guests sitting around the breakfast table. On the second morning we decided to skip breakfast but could hear the other guests chatting and felt like we had to wait in our room until everyone had finished breakfast before we left for the day. If we stayed again we would definitely opt for a different room.

The breakfast was not really our type if thing. Everything was obviously freshly prepared - a fruit salad with coffee cake followed by a baked egg dish. It felt very formal, all the guests are served together around a large dining table. It was nice to chat to some of the other guests but we would have preferred to have more choice at breakfast and the flexibility to eat when we wanted to.

There is a nice gazebo area in the garden where guests sit in the evening to enjoy nibbles provided by the inn. The night manager Andrew works at one of the tasting rooms on the main square and on one of the evenings we were there he brought over some bottles for the guests to enjoy. The gazebo has a fire put for chilly evenings and misters for hot days. There is also an outdoor hot tub. The inn has a few bikes which guests can borrow and picnic baskets.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at An Inn 2 Remember and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.
