..yes, it's a dumpy looking place by the side of a rural highway. But this is Mexican food head and shoulders above the average strip mall or taco truck. The regular's tip here is to try the main dish of the day, usually an enchilada concoction with subtly hot spice. I last sweated happily through through a chile verde enchilada main dish, clearing my sinuses in the process. The standby dishes of burritos, tostadas, etc. are decent. But again, the standout experience is to just ask what the special is and go for it.
