Had an impromptu dinner here on a recent Sunday evening. (party of 6) The host and manager were very welcoming and warm. The food was excellent. We had pot stickers, Westlake Soup (manager served the soup!), salt and pepper pork chops, beef/vegetable saute, fried tofu saute, cashew nut chicken, fish filet with vegetable, and one more which I can't remember.

The restaurant is clean and beautifully decorated. There was a wedding going on in the upstairs section. A caution regarding that: there is no elevator so people with limited mobility will have a challenge getting to the 2nd floor. There is a beautiful tiny fountain at the manager's podium.

Oh, we were served a delicious tapioca-type dessert. Hmmmmmmmm!!

Visited a number of times and thoroughly enjoyed dim sum at Grand Palace Seafood restaurant! Their dishes always taste so fresh and are totally delectable! My husband especially loves their mini serving of Peking Duck! I haven't visited any other restaurant that serves this for dim sum. The servers have always been pleasant and attentive even though it's constantly busy and crowded, which can be rare at a Chinese establishment. The venue is spectacular. An open space, tall ceiling, huge chandeliers, nice decor, and even an upstairs floor where there's often a party taking place--birthday, baby shower, etc. Haven't tried having lunch or dinner here, but I sure they have tasty dishes!

The service and food quality is average. I tried this restaurant when we went for our trip to SFO last Feb. There were few more Chinese Restaurant adjacent to this place but we chose this one. Nothing exciting about this place nor we were disappointed. Food is average. Their portions were large enough. I liked their soup. The only thing which is more than average is their atmosphere.

We try to go here any time we are traveling and staying near San Francisco Airport.
Restaurant is a five minute drive from nearby SFO hotels and there is ample parking in new covered lot across the street from restaurant. Dim sum is our favorite for lunch but this time we ordered some lunch specials, as well. If you are not Chinese, look on your table for lunch special sheet as well as dim sum sheet with pictures and writing in English and Chinese. Fill it out and your order will be brought to your table. Otherwise, the myriad of trolleys will pass by and it is very easy to order too much, way too quickly. Prices are very reasonable and orders are large and delicious. Honey walnut shrimp is still my favorite. Restaurant is very popular with locals so it does get crowded.

We were guests here for a tasting for our son's wedding reception dinner. We were able to taste everything that will be served at the 10 course wedding reception dinner. Not being Chinese, some of the dishes were a little different for my taste, but still good and worth trying. We had shark fin soup (tasty), jelly fish (not a huge fan), pork, duck, scallops with snow peas (favorite) along with BBQ sea bass (another favorite). Everything is served family style. The venue is large and very open which one wouldn't expect from the outside. We had a great time and are looking forward to the reception!
