Good location, good service, awesome included breakfast! Price was almost $100 cheaper a night than right in city, room was very clean and shuttle to n from airport and easy access to the BART, however Bart is $17.50 round trip and then $6 one way for cable car and $2 for bus with transfer (nothing to do with hotel obviously) and hotel staff informed us of how to get to where we wanted to go.

Not the best hotel experience. This hotel and other surrounding hotels share the busses fron and to the airport. Bus is incorrect size to accomidate the number of travelers going to the airport on the first bus that leaves the hotel at 4:00 AM.

Hello Sal from Houston. I am sorry that the shuttle was crowded in the morning for you. There are 2 shuttles that run the loop, starting at 4:34AM. Sounds like the first one was full. After a long flight home. Comfy room is a must!!! Loved the big clean room and the free shuttle service to airport. The free breakfast was delicious. Check and check out was easy. Great location I highly recommend staying there.

We stayed here using our points. Hotel staff at desk were friendly and room satisfactory. We had just returned from a long trip in Asia and wanted a bite to eat and sleep. There was some children's party going on and the restaurant opens to the lobby and front desk. Playing loudly in the lobby were about 8 children, running, jumping, yelling and coming into the restaurant area and climbing under tables. Our waitress at one point told them to be quiet which lasted for about one minute. The front desk person came out and told them to quiet down which lasted also for a very short period of time. The children were unsupervised by an adult. The hotel staff should have made them sit quietly or leave the lobby area.

We were leaving early in the morning (4am shuttle to the airport). A box breakfast was provided and this was a nice touch and appreciated. We were the second stop for pickup by the shuttle and at the third stop the shuttle was filled with no extra seats. Instead of having a first come first served there should be a signup sheet with only those that sign up allowed on the shuttle. Had the shuttle filled up before our pickup we would have had to wait 30 minutes for the next one. Our flight was 6am and getting on the 4am shuttle was important to us.

Overall the hotel is fine especially its nearest to the airport however this visit was spoiled by the hotel staff not taking appropriate action to solve the disruption in the lobby of the unruly children which definitely affected our enjoyment of the meal.

We were getting into SFO late in the evening and needed a nearby hotel with a free shuttle. This was a great inexpensive choice. Free shuttle runs every 1/2 hour. The drivers were very efficient and courteous. The room was very clean, the bed very comfy! No issues at all. Breakfast was pretty good for a free one. They actually have a restaurant and staff prepare it, so the eggs tasted real and not like other free breakfast hotels. I would definitely go back again.

We stayed at this hotel prior to a flight to Europe. There is no need to stay here with all the other options in the area. While the personnel are friendly and the lobby looks nice, there are much better options. In our room, we, at first, could not get the televisions to work. We then saw that the cable had been loosely attached with tape. Every so often we had to move the tape to continue reception. We got mysterious phone calls which led to the phone lights blinking all night. The bathroom light cannot remain on unless you like the noise of the fan(the other light had a timer). There was no complimentary breakfast, though some complimentary apples were available. Overall, not worth the money at any price.

Room Tip: Go elsewhere.

Hello Gary and thank you for posting your review. I am sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay with us. Our 42" TVs are brand new - it's strange that the wires were taped behind it and you had bad reception. I trust you reported it during your stay so we could have corrected it. We do indeed offer a wonderful breakfast every day starting at 6AM - 10AM. For our very early departures, we offer a "breakfast to go bag" starting around 3:30AM. It is certainly a mystery that you didn't see our restaurant, which is adjacent to our Lobby, where breakfast is served. In any case, I apologize that you didn't enjoy your stay and do hope you will give us another try.

This hotel was a very good value for price paid and what we received. I was a bit skeptical after seeing mixed reviews on Tripadvisor and I'm picky but our stay was very satisfactory. The convenience of location near car rental return enabled us to take a short walk back to hotel. The prompt and frequent free shuttle every 1/2hr was a nice feature and got us to the airport quickly. The view from 8th fl towards mtns and city lights was pretty. The constant hwy traffic noise was loud, but I liked having the view and could open the window. Bianca at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and nice furniture and carpeting. Breakfast started at 6am so we could eat and still catch early flight. I would stay here again. I like the lime water available.
