“Great hotel- great value”

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights while visiting San Francisco. We liked it so much we cancelled a reservation at another hotel for 1 additional night before flying back home and booked this hotel. The hotel staff were very nice, helpful, and professional. Our room was a good size with all our needs- super comfortable bed, hot shower, coffee maker, internet, cable TV, and a fridge. This hotel is very close to San Francisco and as we had a rental it was very easy to get to and from downtown. What we saved on hotels we spent in Gumps and Sur La Table! We had breakfast every morning in the restuarant and two dinners and were very pleased with the food. The transport to and from the airport is very good. We also swam in the pool and soaked in the hot tub. It's a bit slippery in the pool area, which is painted cement. We would definitely stay here again when we come back.

I have stayed in a lot of airport hotels and sometimes it scary what you find... I was pleasantly surprised by this property and found my room to be clean and quiet. I also ordered room service (because there are really no restaurants close) and I was surprised that the food was good and arrived to my room prepared correctly. All in all when staying near SFO I would definitly stay here again.

The SFO airport North location for the Hilton Garden Inn is a very convenient location for business in the Bay area. The front desk staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly. My room was large, clean and very comfortable. The Hilton beds are always a joy. My only complaint is that I did not have a rental car and there are really no restaurants within safe and convenient walking distance of the hotel, if you want to escape in the evening. The hotel food is fine, but it is hotel food. I have stayed here before and would do so again.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, they offer cookies each night, and you get bottled water upon check in if you are a Hilton Honors Member (membership is free).

Please make sure you put your "do not disturb" sign on the door until you leave as they have the maids come through just after 8am. This is not necessarily a bad thing, unless you are still in the room. :)

Room Tip: We stayed by the elevator and it was quiet.

I found this hotel during my hotel search in SF for Labor Day weekend. All the other hotels were extremely expensive but this one seemed decent based on the reviews. Overall, the stay was pleasant, the rooms were clean and the staff was great. The location was also great because it is 2 miles from the airport and a short drive into the city. The first few days we used the BART and that worked out great because parking and traffic can be a mess. The hotel offers a shuttle to/from the airport (where the BART station is). The only negative comment is that the shuttle driver in the afternoon/evening was flaky so the hotel offered a complimentary taxi service and that was okay as well. All in all, I would stay here again but just beware of the inconsistency of the shuttle.

Needed a convenient airport motel on recent business trip to San Francisco. The Hilton Garden Inn SF Airport North fit the bill. I was surprised in how service oriented this hotel was. Shuttle service to and from airport, full breakfast, wireless internet, very pleasant front desk staff. Although I am a Hilton Gold member, I was treated with extreme courtesy the entire trip and the staff did not necessarily know I was Hilton Gold member. Next time I stay in San Francisco near the airport, I will stay here. The management should be very proud of their employees.

l had to find a hotel near the airport since we were leaving the next day. This place was great the staff Kimberly was great gave me the quiet room l wanted on the top floor and threw in free hot breakfast. Breakfast is made to order omelets or just about want ever you want. the staff at breakfast was amazing they get your coffee, juice and deliver your omelets to your table. Very clean hotel and rooms. There shuttle only services the hotel so you are at the airport in ten minutes tops. We also took the shuttle to the airport then got on the Bart train system downtown about twenty minutes 8.50 each. When we called the hotel on our return the shuttle was waiting for us as we called when we were three stops away. They also take your phone number incase they don't see you. Parking is free, newspaper free, beds are number adjustable. pillows are down so ask for microfiber if u are allergic.

Room Tip: Ask for rooms away from elevators.
