Was a forced overnight stay after United canceled our flight. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful even at 1:30am. Room was clean bed was comfortable for the 4 hours we used it. Shuttle was on time and efficient.

We stayed here at the beginning of May and we’re very happy with it. Rooms were big with corner sofa and big tv. Bed was big and comfortable! The bathroom was really small but who cares about that really. The breakfast was ok had a couple of different options ie waffles, toast, eggs, meat, pastries etc. The free shuttle to the airport was convenient but the only one complaint was the timing of the shuttles - the hotel has a list of times they arrive but they never once arrived on time and we were left every night outside the airport freezing waiting at least 30 mins for the shuttle as they’d come so late. In hindsight we should’ve just taken an Uber into San Fran instead of airport and BART to avoid this. But hotel itself was satisfactory.

The staff made all the difference. Checked us in early. For some reason changed our room before we checked in to one that was said to be better. Lots of tables for breakfast which included waffles. Area was under construction but we had were in town for business and only there overnight. Walking distance to a 7-11 or other hotels. Surprised how quiet it was considering the area was fenced off a lot for street construction of some type. Standard room for hotel chain and bed comfort and cleanliness were met. The shower was tricky but the instructions were included on the room map.

Booked a room here to have easy access to SFO for a morning flight. We were unable to check-in early as they were "full the night before." No problem with that, but when we did check-in there were many people waiting for rooms that had yet to be cleaned. They failed to tell us that the parking lot and road next to the hotel were under construction, and that there is no wall between the train tracks and the hotel. We were awakened several times during the night by lengthy trains and those signally with a horn. Worse night ever in a hotel. You must pay for parking as a guest too.
Room tip: Ensure that your room is not in the train track wing.

i had to spend one night here because my flight delayed. I arrived at 1.30 in the night, and i was too tired to see how ruined is the room, with very old and ruined moquette, really to be fixed. I saw this in the morning when i woke up, i also saw that the room was not that clean, with trash can full of stuff...a question came up to my mind, did they clean and prepare the room??? What about bed??? i didn't want to investigate and suddenly had a shower. I finally had a poor quality breakfast, with chemical coffee and undrinkable orange juice, then i had my transfer to the airport. I don't know how much this "experience" could cost, since it's been kindly offered by United "delay" Airlines.

We stayed here overnight prior to a early departure from SFO airport. it is about 15 mins from the airport. We took the Bart in from the east bay all the way to the Int’l airport. Then we caught a free shuttle outside the departure level in the “Shuttle Hotel” lane directly to the hotel. The room was very clean, modern, a nice big king size bed, refrigerator, microwave, a well updated bathroom, and ample counter and storage space. The room was quiet (courtyard location) and spacious.
Checking in was easy as well as the checkout. There was a free shuttle to the airport in the morning which starts at 0405.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations.
Within walking distance is Grand Avenue with some excellent Thai, Italian, and exceptional Chinese seafood restaurants (we ate there)
