The team was organized, friendly, knowledgeable (about ballooning and the area you're flying over). The flight was amazing. We were lucky for a clear morning after weeks of clouds and fog. And lucky us: the winds were a little crazy, so we ended up with an extended flight as our pilot tried to find a place to land. I never knew how much work it was to balloon - for both the pilot and the ground crew - and these guys sure know what they're doing! I can get a little fearful when driving along cliffs and at other heights (not in airplanes), but was not even the tiniest bit afraid in the balloon and happily leaned over the edge of the basket to watch the vineyards drift by. Only recommendation I can give....if you think you're going to have breakfast, it's an individually wrapped packaged pastry and some apples & oranges. Don't know if we could've had more than one glass of post-flight champagne, but we were hungry and ready for real food. Plan a nice breakfast for afterwards to relive the amazing experience.
