“A lot of choices in a small area”
Reviewed 12 May 2014

This would be a great place for a Pub crawl. Hard to decide wether to go wine tasting or beer tasting. If you are worried about driving between the wineries just get a hotel near Old Town and walk to the all of the tasting opportunities.

Typical "tourist" area with shops and restaurants. The Lovely wife enjoyed checking out every shop. I enjoyed all of the benches that provided a short rest in between the frequest stops.

“Authentic American town”
Reviewed 3 May 2014

There are many local shops to browse and places to eat along the main street. We liked a shop selling a variety of jerky, a creperie near the old theatre, the Public House restaurant off the main street, and the view of the dried river under acacia trees. Most of all, it had an authentic feel which is a rare find nowadays.
