“Napoli Wonderful!”
Reviewed 30 July 2013 via mobile

Four of us celebrated a birthday at Villa Napoli in July/2013. The owner met us outside and escorted us through the back door givkng hugs to all. Cooks waved in greeting as we entered. We were asked where we'd like to sit and selected a table. Waitress fielded multiple questions about fhe menu and was very accommodating. Food was excellent. Very small restaurant but great atmosphere. We had a grea time and will return.

“An authentic meal at a surprisingly affordable price.”

An excellent experience. Everything on the menu is great. The wine list is meager, so if that is important to you I would suggest coughing up the corkage and bringing your own.

“Treated us like family.”
Reviewed 8 July 2013 via mobile

My father and I unknowingly stopped in fifteen minutes before closing and were greeted with open arms. The owner personally recommended two dishes and when I couldn't decide between them he offered to serve me a little of both. Delicious fresh bread and olive oil was given as an appetizer and the service was very fast. Couldn't have asked for a better meal or atmosphere.

“Nice Find In Small Valley City”
Reviewed 11 June 2013

We tried this small restaurant on a Monday night and were pleasantly surprised. Set in the middle of Turlock, a small Central Valley city, we arrived early and were the only ones there for half an hour. The owner, from Napoli, was very gracious and engaging, especially when we uttered some Italian in response to her greeting. The staff was very polite and attentive. After a while more people started showing up and by the time we left the restaurant was pretty full, not bad for a Monday evening.

My guest and I both had pasta dishes which were properly al dente and very tasty. The sauces were not over powering as is typically the case with good Italian food. The wine selection is not very large, but what they have is fine and very reasonably priced, prompting us to order a bottle instead of just a couple of glasses.

Having worked in Italy off and on, I found the food to be more Italian than American in style. In other words, not overly seasoned yet very tasty. Looking at our servings and those of other diners, the portions seemed reasonable, also very Italian.

I'd highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking good Italian food and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Ciao!
