My aunt and I went to Oki Doki for the first time on Tuesday evening for dinner. The place was absolutely packed (around 6pm) and we were lucky to be seated at the last available table. There was a wait the entire time we were eating.
My aunt wasn't very hungry and just got a side of Shrimp Tempura. I had the chicken bento box which was on the ten dollar "early bird" menu. My box came with miso soup, teriyaki chicken, rice, salad, CA Rolls (I could have picked spicy tuna) and an appetizer which I think was eggplant based.
We both enjoyed our meals. The bento box was a ton of food. In particular, I really liked the salad dressing! Great CA Rolls, fresh.
Our server was very nice, even though she was clearly super busy. My only complaint is that my aunt's tempura, which was clearly her only course, came out over ten minutes before my meal and my soup was served at the same time as my entire box. I wish that the spacing of the meal had been better. It felt disorganized and it may have been because they were so busy.
Good food though and I will be back.
Tip- The packing lot can be congested and it shares space with a busy Souplantation. There is plenty of parking in the lot, but not necessarily close to the restaurant. Park further away and walk, rather than fight for a space close by.
